Discussed at the Meeting of the Consultative Council – Central Government – Local Government, draft law on Regional Development and Cohesion

The Draft Law on Regional Development and Cohesion was discussed today at the Meeting of the Consultative Council – Central Government – Local Self-Government, organized by the Ministry of Interior and the Agency for Support of Local Self-Government

The project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), for Regional Development in Albania (RDPA), continued to support the discussion of the Government of Albania and the Albanian Development Fund (ADF), in this regard bill.

During the meeting, concerns were discussed and addressed once again regarding the role and importance of local self-government bodies in the Regional Development Monitoring Boards, and in the Development Planning and Coordination process.
