On the Spot Checks to projects supported by the RDPA Grant Scheme

During November, the Regional Development Program (RDPA) and the Albanian Development Fund accompanied on field visits representatives of the Swiss Agency for Development (SDC) and the Austrian Development Agency, to see closely the progress of projects in the Municipalities of Kavaja, Rrogozhina, and Mirdita, supported by the Earthquake Affected Grant Scheme. The visits were preceded by meetings with the Mayors, respectively Mr. Edison Memolla, Mayor of Rrogozhina, the Mayor of Kavaja, Mr. Redjan Krali and the Mayor of Mirdita, Mr. Ndrec Dedaj. In the meetings was emphasized the good experience with the implementation of the project within the Scheme, as an important opportunity not only for the provision of a long-missing service but also for capacity building of the Municipalities in the implementation of projects.
