PRAG Rules – Region 1 Training

The Regional Development Program (RDP) in cooperation with the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA) since September last year are conducting a series of trainings for local government institutions that focus mainly on strengthening the technical staff of municipal departments which are taken directly with the preparation and management of projects funded by various donors.

Following this training cycle, representatives of the municipalities of Region 1 participated in the third training entitled “Practical Guide for Procurement Procedures, Awarding Grants and Contracts for European Union External Action (PRAG)” which took place in dates 27-28 June 2022 in Shkoder.

The 2-day training was conducted with physical presence allowing the participants the necessary time to ask questions and conduct practical group exercises.
