In the framework of the Grant Scheme in Support to Earthquake Affected Areas published on 20 July 2020, launched by the Regional Development Programme Albania with the support of Swiss Development Cooperation Agency and Austrian Development Agency , RDPA prepared the “Questions and Answers” document, providing further clarifications on the grant scheme.
