Regional Pilot Grant Scheme – “Questions & Answers” / NR.2

In the framework of the Pilot Regional Grant Scheme launched by the Regional Development Programme Albania with the support of Swiss Development Cooperation Agency and Austrian Development Agency , RDPA prepared the “Questions and Answers Nr. 2” document, providing further clarifications on the grant scheme.
