“SMART Green Economy Possibilities for Radomira Touristic Village” project was successfully inaugurated
On March 2, 2023, in the presence of the Swiss Ambassador, Mrs. Ruth Huber, the mayor of Dibër Mr. Rahim Spahiu, representatives of the Albanian Development Fund and the Regional Development Program, were inaugurated the works of the tourist trail “Radomirë-Black Lake”. The project was implemented by Dibër Municipality within the grant scheme for Regional Development and Cohesion, implemented by the Regional Development Program Albania and the Albanian Development Fund, with the financial support of the Embassy of Switzerland in Albania and the Austrian Development Agency
The project aims to provide opportunities for the development of the local economy through Eco-Tourism, and the development of services and tourist products of the village of Radomirë as an opportunity for the residents of the area.
Specific objectives:
- Assessment of Eco-tourism opportunities in the area of Radomira through the improvement of local services part of the current tourist trails.
- Community-based tourism development and the promotion of Eco-tourism through the promotion of accessible tourist trails for tourists in the village of Radomirë.
