Kejt DHRAMI holds the position of Expert on Regional Development Support.

Mrs. Dhrami is an expert in territorial governance and urban planning, a PhD researcher, part of the International Doctorate for Architecture and Urban Planning, University of Ferrara and lecturer at Polis University. Her fields of expertise span from spatial, regional and urban planning and governance, to land management and land market policies. In an academic point of view, she has attended her Master’s studies in an integrated 5 year Program in Urban Planning and Management, followed by a 2 year Professional Master’s Program in Spatial Planning and GIS Applications. Pursuant her work commitment to Co-PLAN Institute for Habitat Development, Kejt has acquired extensive work experience in projects related to spatial planning, at regional and local level, in urban scale projects and socio-economic surveys, regional development programs, community and tourism development projects, etc. Kejt is co-author and contributor in several publications in the field of regional planning, local planning and land management, such as technical manuals, Local Development Strategies, research papers and policy papers. She has participated in several National and International Conferences in fields related to spatial planning and good governance, both as service/consultancy provider, and seconded/exchange staff. Her technical assistance and management/coordination in several internationally funded projects has extended her collaborations with an array of partners, from donors (World Bank, USAID, EU, IADSA, SDC), to local authorities, national and regional agencies, international organizations and higher education institutions, and community representatives.
